Orders and Automatic Billing

A full "orders" system was added: every purchase, upgrade, or monthly subscription charge now opens a tracked order, which is closed automatically and linked to an actual invoice once payment is received. Also added: an alert banner for company managers about the trial period ending soon, and automatic reminders (email+SMS) to customers whose billing failed.

Holidays and Festivals on the Dashboard

A new "Upcoming Holiday" card on the dashboard - shown the same way to a company manager, HR, and an employee. It displays the name of the upcoming holiday, the dates, and how many days remain. A new "Holidays and Festivals" page in the side menu shows all 15 major holidays and festivals for the current and next Hebrew year, with precise Gregorian dates that update automatically every year.

Expanded Payroll Reports + Quick Send to Accountant

A comprehensive upgrade to the company manager's report screens: a new weekly report per employee, a 200% overtime tier for Saturday work beyond the standard, travel-expense fields on the employee card calculated automatically in reports, an upgraded monthly summary report with ID number and hours shortfall, real server-side PDF generation for approved reports, and the ability to quickly send all approved reports to the accountant in a single email.

• New: New monthly hours report grouped by weeks (in addition to the existing daily report)
• New: A 200% overtime tier for work on Saturday/the weekly rest day beyond the daily standard, per labor law
• New: "Travel per workday" and "fixed monthly travel" fields on the employee card, calculated automatically in every report

Manager with Time Clock - Included in All Reports

The current version. A company manager who was granted personal time-clock access (see version 1.21.0) now appears in all of the company's hours and attendance reports exactly like any other employee - in the monthly report, the clock-ins sheet, the custom report, and the export to payroll software (Michpal, Priority). They can also access their own clock-ins sheet and approve their own monthly report, exactly like a regular employee.

• New: A manager with time-clock access now appears in the company's monthly attendance report, the clock-ins sheet, and the custom report (Report Builder)
• New: It is now possible to approve (sign) such a manager's monthly report exactly like that of any other employee
• New: A manager with time-clock access is now included in the payroll software export (Michpal, Priority), in "no-show" alerts, and in the smart assistant's queries
• Improved: The user quota per package remains unchanged - a manager does not take up an additional slot in the package just because time-clock access was enabled for them

Payment Links, Customer Status, and Manager Time Clock

The current version. A super-admin can now send any customer a link to pay their monthly subscription (by email or WhatsApp), based on the amount registered for that customer. On the customer's card, you can mark whether they are a "pilot" (not billed automatically) or a "subscriber" (automatically receives a new payment link on the 1st of every month). In addition, a company manager can also be granted access to a personal time clock, in addition to all their existing management permissions - useful for businesses where the manager is also a regular employee.

• New: New "Send Payment Link" button on the customer card ("Customer Package" tab) - sends a secure iCount payment link by email or WhatsApp, based on the amount registered for the customer
• New: New billing status for every customer: "pilot" (no automatic billing, does not change the existing 30-day trial) or "subscriber" (automatic monthly billing)
• New: An automatic run on the 1st of every month that sends a new payment link to every customer marked as a "subscriber"
• New: New option on the user card (within the customer card) to also grant a company manager access to a personal time clock, in addition to all their existing management permissions

Password Reset - For Managers and Employees

The current version. Company managers can now reset an employee's password directly from the employee's card, and choose whether the temporary password is sent to the employee by styled email or SMS. In addition, any user who forgot their password can now perform a self-service reset from the login page, and choose for themselves how to receive the temporary password - by email or SMS.

• New: New "Reset Employee Password" button on the employee card (company settings) - a company manager can generate a new temporary password and send it to the employee by styled email or SMS
• New: New "Forgot Password?" page at login - any user can perform a self-service password reset and choose whether to receive the temporary password by email or SMS
• Improved: With every password reset (by a manager or self-service), the user is required to set their own permanent password on their next login - the same requirement that already exists when creating a new super-admin

Company Branding and Profile Pictures

The current version. Every company can now upload its own logo and display it in the system's side menu - each company sees only its own logo, with no mixing between companies. In addition, every user (in any role) can upload a personal profile picture that will be shown next to their name everywhere in the system, instead of the initials circle.

• New: New "Branding" tab in company settings - uploading, displaying, and removing the company logo, shown in the side menu to all users in the company
• New: New "Profile Picture" card on the personal account settings page - uploading and removing a profile picture, shown next to the name throughout the system
• Improved: Full multi-tenant support: each company's logo is shown only to that company's own users

Super-Admin Management

The current version. A new screen was added for managing additional super-admin accounts - available only to the system's primary super-admin. Creating a new account generates an automatic temporary password and sends a styled email with the login details; on first login, the new user is required to set their own permanent password, with a live indicator of whether it meets the security requirements.

• New: New "Super-Admin Management" screen (in the side menu) - creating, editing, resetting the password of, and deleting additional super-admin accounts
• New: Only the system's primary super-admin can create/edit/delete additional super-admins - a newly created super-admin cannot "reproduce" itself
• New: Creating a new super-admin generates an automatic temporary password and sends a styled email with the login details and a login button
• New: On first login, a new super-admin is required to set their own permanent password before accessing any other screen in the system, with a live indicator while typing showing whether it meets the security requirements (8+ characters, uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, special character)

Fix: Justy Was Hiding the Mobile Navigation Bar

The current version. Fixed a mobile design bug - Justy's (the personal assistant's) floating button was hiding part of the bottom navigation bar. The button was moved above the bar, and no longer interferes with navigation.

The Marketing Site Showcases the New Capabilities

The current version. The homepage on the public site now showcases the capabilities recently added to the system, and a dedicated /whats-new page was added with a detailed explanation of each one - Justy, the daily email summary, smart alerts, spoofed-location detection, selfie verification, work-site management, and the full timesheet.

Justy Understands More Questions

The current version. An expanded range of questions Justy recognizes: more phrasings for every existing question, new questions (how many employees are there, who worked the most, how many hours did everyone work), and warm replies to greetings/thanks instead of a dry "I didn't understand" message.

The current version. The personal assistant now has a name and identity - Justy - and richer summaries, including a fix for a wording bug in summaries of days other than today.

• Improved: The "summary" reply in the chat became significantly richer: it now includes a per-employee work-hours table, not just a single aggregate-numbers sentence

The current version. Daily AI summary for managers, a smart alert engine, suspected location-spoofing detection, selfie verification at clock-in, and advanced work-site management.

• New: Displaying every day of the month in the employee's timesheet (including rest days and absences), with the ability to submit an absence request and reason + document directly from the missing day
